Forehead and Eye Socket vs Carbon Fibre surfboard rail
So saturday morning, I get up in the dark and drive 45 minutes by myself (because someone had sinus problems) to Ocean Shores for my usual crowd dodge with the lovely Undies plural. I arrive to an array of clean and empty peaks, brushed by a light but crisp offshore, and not a soul in sight. I rendevous with the buddies and hit it, only to become the unwitting subject of an unplanned experiment: Will Forehead and Eye Socket beat Carbon Fibre surfboard rail?
I believe there is no clear winner…Â It will bore you if I explain how it happened, but the main thing is I quickly patched myself up, grabbed the best backup I could find (ie someone else’s board) and got back out there…
