Who needs a soul anyway…

Amazes me what these telecommunications companies will offer you to get you back in their ‘family’. My mobile phone contract came to an end recently and rather than stick with my “indestructable Nokia 5210″:http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,,125,00.html I decided to get in contact with “the devil”:http://www.telstra.com. I’d seen him advertising those fantastic deals where you get to walk out with an armful of electronic goodies and all you need to do is give him your soul for 24 months.

So now I’m sitting here at my desk listening to the new “iPod Mini”:http://www.apple.com/ipodmini/ that I traded in my soul for. I got it for the low low price of AUD$99 as a bonus for giving my soul up so easily, plus I got a “Motorola v535″:http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=648 and a digital cordless phone! Currently I’m coding to the beat of The Dandy Warhols ‘Holiday’ and I gave it a 3 star ranking. The rankings are really useful because once I’ve rated my whole music library I’ll be able to listen to only my 5 star tracks if I want!
